The conceptual designs you see here all came from my five-year undergraduate work at North Dakota State University. It runs the gamut of high concept academic projects from high-density residential, to purely theoretical behavior studies.
In the Fall of 2004 my studio was challenged to redevelop a highly industrial area just north of the falls on the Mississipi river in Minneapolis, MN.
Myself, along with teammates Josh Caroon, Adam Peterson, and Greg Haman, created a community for artists and the patrons who support them. Our solution mixed mid to high-end condominiums with affordable loft spaces. A large civic zone creates spaces for sharing ideas and displaying local art.
